COVID-19 fit-for-travel certificate
The GGD does not issue certificates confirming someone doesn’t have COVID-19. The GGD only tests people who have COVID-19 symptoms, who have been in contact with an infected person or who have recently arrived in the Netherlands from a high-risk area.
There are, however, commercial parties who can issue you with a certificate confirming that you don’t have COVID-19. You will have to pay for this service. The government will not cover the cost of this. You can search on internet for “COVID-19 fit-for-travel certificate” to find a commercial party at your choice.
Please notice that there are various types of tests: PCR test, antigen test, serological test and breath test. The required type of test or combinations of tests differs per country. Up to date information on the requirements can be found at the website 'Reisadviezen' of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (only in Dutch) or you can contact the embassy or consulate of the country you travel to: Embassies, consulates and other representations | Government.nl.
